We want all of our sponsors, volunteers, and participants to know why the Celebrity Classic is so special and important to the River Valley. This event’s sole purpose and mission is to raise funds for local charities. We consistently give more money away than we actually spend – that truly makes this a charitable event. Please know that your support and especially your contributions will always be used wisely and appropriately – and more of your dollars will actually end up in the hands of our charities.

This charitable mission has resulted in a historic occasion – we will hit $2,000,000 in total donations to our beneficiaries this year!! Because our Chairman and Co-Chairman are both former military commanders, we dubbed this year’s theme: OPERATION: $2 MILLION. We are so proud of this accomplishment and hope that you will join us!

The Classic Charitable Foundation Mission Statement

The Classic Charitable Foundation/The Celebrity Classic has a mission to raise funds for medically oriented charities in order to support our neighbors that benefit from the programs and services these charities provide. We aspire to involve the local communities of the Arkansas River Valley in the Foundation’s charitable events by recruiting Volunteers, Committee members, and Sponsors. We strive to create an atmosphere of generosity, cooperation, and compassion among all involved. We hope to enlist the support and talent of Celebrities to participate in community outreach and encourage involvement in our events. The Classic Charitable Foundation endeavors to build strong social and community ties among its members to the general public, charitable organizations, and our sponsors.

Spring Weekend
The Spring Weekend was a huge success. Thanks to everyone who came out.

Fall Weekend
Friday, October 3rd
Celebrity Spirit Gala: Holiday Inn City Center Ballroom, 6:30 PM
Join our celebrities, sponsors, and guest for an outstanding dinner provided by three of Fort Smith's top restaurants. Enjoy a unique celebrity silent auction and great entertainment.

Saturday, October 4th:
Celebrity Golf Classic day one. Registration at 7:30 AM, shotgun start at 8:30 AM. Teams will play at either Fianna Hills Country Club or Eagle Crest Golf Course.

Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament, held at the Glass Pavillion downtown: The Cherokee Casino proudly deals our poker tournament, where the winner receives a free stay at a Las Vegas casino!

Sunday, October 5th:
Celebrity Golf Classic, day two. Registration at 7:30 AM, shotgun start at 8:30 AM. Teams will play at either Fianna Hills Country Club or Eagle Crest Golf Course.

Celebrity Tennis Classic: Fort Smith Athletic Club, 8:00AM registration. Adult/Jr Clinic at 9:00AM, Tournament play to begin at 10:00AM
4th Annual Tennis Ball Drop at High Noon on the clay court! Tickets $5.00 each for a $2500 prize!

Awards Dinner: Fianna Hills Country Club, 4:00PM. All participants, volunteers, sponsors, and celebrities are invited to this occasion - the finale of our event!
